An exhibition marking moments of transition and renewal between time and space

15 JANUARY 2026 - 26 FEBRUARY 2026

Portal explores how societies have historically articulated renewal through symbolic systems. A portal is not a destination, but a condition of passage. It marks moments of transition within space and time. The exhibition establishes a continuous thread of cultural memory linking ancient references and practices to contemporary expressions.

The choice to open the exhibition on 15 January 2026 is itself a symbolic gesture that aligns with this curatorial inquiry.

This date occurs under a rare concentration of planets in Capricorn a sign historically associated with thresholds, architectural structures, and the passage between cycles. Across cultures, such mid January alignments have marked moments of transition, where the old world recedes and a new one begins to take form.

On 15 January, Venus forms harmonious aspects with Saturn and Uranus, bridging continuity and innovation: the very dialectic at the core of the exhibition.
